Join the Board of Dementia Alliance International and Shape the Future of DAI

Living with dementia can be a challenging journey, but it doesn't mean that your voice should be silenced. In fact, it is vital that people living with dementia bring forward their unique insights to shape the policies and services that impact them. 

Dementia Alliance International (DAI) is inviting our members living with dementia to join the Board and make a meaningful difference. The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is just around the corner, and it presents a remarkable opportunity for you to get involved.

Please consider putting your nomination forward so that people living with dementia can continue to represent themselves. No previous experience is required and support is provided for new members. The current term is for two years and board meetings will be held every 6-8 weeks for 1-1.5 hours via Zoom.

The 2023 AGM will take place on June 28th and 29th. We apologize that the time zones make it challenging to accommodate everyone, but we encourage you to check the meeting time corresponding to your region. Remember, this is one meeting taking place in many time zones:

  • 10:30 pm BST
